Two integer matrices

This method receives file objects from which it must read two integer matrices. The method must multiply these matrices together, using the standard rules of matrix algebra, and write the resulting matrix back to a file. Each of the two input matrices is found in a separate input file. Each input file starts with one line stating the dimensions of the matrix in the format “MxN” (no spaces), where M and N are integers, followed by one line per row containing the elements of the matrix.
